yeah i prepped my friends that i was going to need either a lot of hugs or a lot of space...not sure which, and i'm not sure which option goes with a good score or a bad score either.

you know my intensity is always at the max, and aamc's goddamn mcat score is definitely not gonna change that.
 
Tardy to the party here, but I love my male Ob/Gyn (he is in a group with another man and two women). I saw two different lady docs in solo practices before this group. Since there's no way to say this without sounding weird, I'll just say it.

Incoming TMI!

Male docs, in my experience, give much gentler pelvic exams. The ladies were always rougher, or used so much KY you felt like an extra in a B-sci-fi movie afterwards. I think they kind of over-compensate because they're male Ob/Gyns but I lurve my regular Ob/Gyn. I'm kinda sad I am switching groups, but I kinda have to.

My female Ob/Gyn was gentle the last time I went, so that was nice lol

you warned me but yet i still read.........and i now regret that:laugh:

When i got my mcat score back i was so bummed since i bombed it pretty hard. Thank god i didnt have to retake and it worked out but wow it was horrible. I felt like a ***** since i at least half ass studied. I did it all wrong looking back though. Hopefully you guys arent as dissapointed as I was lol

awefully quiet tonight. Everybody must be out blowing off some steam after getting your scores. I know I didn't think about any of this stuff for at least a month after my getting my score 😀

Yeah hopefully celebrating. With all the type A personalities on SDN I'm sure most people wish they did better even though the score they got was great.

This thread is sooooo quiet tonight. I just did some arm exercises with weights (2 lbs, haha, but many reps) and now my arms are sore.

Yea, it seems like quite a few people didn't do as well as they would've liked to on the 3/27 thread. I feel like being ready and actually taking the test itself is a huge milestone to be proud of yourself for no matter what. A lot of people I know don't even take the test or are serial postponers due to fear. At least you now know what the real test is like. Although I got a score I'm happy with, the entire month of waiting and fearing (cause I had a massive headache during the test and was pissed I didn't void) brought me to the conclusion that I will retake it twice if I need to cause I can't see myself doing anything else.
 
I'm afraid to bring this up, but how did it go for everyone?
