Okay, quick opinion, if I have to elaborate on activities on my AMCAS, and it's an activity I would be interested in continuing at medical school (like a singing group or orchestra) would you mention that? I'm thinking yes, but I'm worried it'll look... I don't know... like I'm brown-nosing.

This is totally random...but my doctor made me an appointment with a podiatrist for Monday, and it reminded me of the Barry School of Podiatry emails...lol. 🙂

I never really realized that podiatrists had their own schools and titles, like dentists or optometrists.

😍 Henry Cavill is DEFINITELY on my list. Just finished season 3 of the Tudors.

2 and 3 are probably Zac Efron (I know, but 17 Again solidified it for me) and to keep the tennis streak going maybe Djokovic.

Ucsd doesn't send out rejection pre secondary for a long long time like next yr if that makes u feel better🙂. Worst case scenario is silence for a long time. They do their admissions in a very odd process I found out after talking to an adcom

Sometimes I feel like I just want schools to like me for who I am, not my stats. Maybe that's weird. I think that might be how the process works, after the secondary stage, I guess.

pretty good trip. my beach time got snubbed though because of rain. it's never rainy there!!! i was disappointed, but i got to catch up with a few good people.

mm what kind was it?

there used to be this place in my town that would make homemade watermelon ice cream every summer....it was delicious!

you need to come to north carolina and go to "cookout" during july/august and get a watermelon milkshake. their milkshakes are legendary and they have like 40 different shakes to choose from.
