I am leaning toward OBGYN. But I would also not be opposed to a more academic and/or public policy twist to whatever I end up doing. I love teaching and I am a quite partial to fighting for people who can't fight for themselves.

You might want to spin it into something about how you respect them and their opinions and they have helped to forge your desire to attend their alma mater. Then list some of the characteristics they stated the school helps to embody in their students and sum up how those characteristics are important to you.

It's an easy way to differentiate your application, because you're not saying, "and I love your anatomy class and the fact that your curriculum encourages early patient contact..." blah blah blah... I'm sure they are as sick of hearing that stuff as I am of writing about it...

I think I'm lucky with my apartment walls. I have never heard a thing from my neighbors, sexual or otherwise. So either I have the only well built apartment building ever, or my neighbors are very dull.

But I've also done some cancer research so oncology is an interest too. Really the only things I can rule out are surgery (I live with one and I can't handle that lifestyle) and family practice.

i cant remember all of my different login info for each school... yes, i tried to use the same one for each school, but it just didnt workout.

If the school sends me an e-mail, i usually keep those. If they don't, I will send myself an e-mail and keep it in the same folder I keep everything else in.

It sucks that some schools automate the logins and such.

Also, Cougs, they are super fond of each other. That's sweet but at this rate you'll be a zombie by tomorrow.

Ugh....the plot thickens.

Apparently the new girl is no more. Because who did the walk of shame out about a half hour ago? His EX. Who I HATE. Mostly because my dog hates her and the moment she steps on the property she (my dog) starts to freak out. And because they come and go a lot, that means she is barking all of the time.

I had wondered why she was barking so much this past week. ::sigh::

Haha that's cute. Our ducks hang out outside--they have a pen and my dad is building them a house. We have a big pond in the backyard that they play in every day. And I think we may be getting eggs soon, they just started mating this week. 😛

but on a less awkward note😉, what do you guys think about this. long story short if a roommate basically wont contact you back and its been 1 week, is it wrong to just say **** it and find another place? School starts in 2 days and honestly im getting tired of this game. I dont want to screw a classmate if he was expecting me there, but when i dont even know the address of the place or have keys and school starts in 2 days im getting worried.

Maybe if you ask someone at the school, they would be willing to contact him on your behalf using additional contact information that you might not have
