For the record, I was away during the afternoon because I was being manly...I was sprucing up some old wood......furniture. I picked up some free furniture sitting in someone's driveway (there WAS a sign that said free, I ain't no thief), and it was in pretty crappy, yet usable condition (visibly), so I thought I'd spend some time this summer practicing my skills with wood.

Turned out pretty nicely, if I do say so myself...not to toot my own horn or anything 😀

I like eating early. I think it comes from being in a sorority and having dinner served promptly at 5 pm every night. When I was abroad in Spain, I loathed the 10 pm dinners.
