Lol yes, that is good. I'm not used to staying up that late on a weekday though, so by 8:30 - 9:00 (now, after DS) my eyes start drooping and I don't comprehend much.

I lived in Tucson for 8 years, and it was sunny when I got up and sunny when I got home - plus no DS! it was awesome.

I do prefer fall DS to spring DS because of the whole gain an hour thing, but I'm not a morning person and staying up past 10 does not bode well for me at 6:00am. 😀

Well I haven't been on here for a while, so I wanted to see if anything was different but nope not really. It depends which chick your referring too about last night.

Oh you know it. Not everyone can be as lucky as me to get to study all the effing time. I only wish that the coffee shots did more for me. Leaving the library because I needed to sleep was the worst part of my night. Who knew studying could be oh so fun? 🙄

I know right? Its so great to see that your having so much fun, and I would hate depriving you of it. However, as a friendly suggestion, why not go out once in a while to a bar or a club (if you don't know what those are, its ok, im sure you can find someone who can help you out, or just look it up in the library) its not meant for studying but you could see what everyone else does with there lives. Not to mention you could bring your textbooks and your coffee and just study there to feel right at home. Also try meeting a guy sometime, don't be afraid of men, sex feels good.

That sounds like an absolutely dreadful idea. I hear they are loud and not conducive to studying at all. Plus, if I did that, I might end up with grades like yours, and let's face it, no one would want that.

The kitty became a killer only because she is arguing with people about the necessity of URM status. I'm really like LizzyM's contributions... if people are avoiding that thread, it's worth a look solely for that.

The kitten should hopefully return hopefully. Though currently I can't located the picture 🙁

No perhaps not, but one day you will realize that there is more to life than SDN, and grades. Its called living it. But hey, if your life is based on your grades alone then good for you.

What else is there? Grades get you into medical school and medical school is life and life gets you into residency, where you sacrifice your life for the money and prestige.

There's apparently an intercom system in my apartment building and it's making lots of odd squeaky noises. It's rather annoying.

Hmm well I guess I plan on doing things a little differently. See for me, its med school AND life. You should try other things not related to medicine. It can be rather fun. Or just join ksmi at her library parties for the rest of your life.

I know and im terribly jealous. Either join Flow and ksmi at Wash U and have library parties for four years. Or get into any med school, maybe not as prestigious as Wash U, but have cool people around me who don't restrict themselves to the library for fun. Its a tough choice.
