Guys, it's 2:45 AM, and I just poured my heart and soul into the Pritzker secondary. If this essay doesn't get me an interview, I will cry. By the looks of the Pritzker thread though, I don't have a chance. WHAT DO YOU WANT FROM US!!!???

good luck, i would advise you to stop looking at the school specific threads (very hypocritical on my part) but they just make me more anxious
 
yup, vandy+yale threads are making me unhappy currently
 
I feel so restless and anxious. Those school-specific discussion threads are not good for my health! But I can't stay away...I might miss something important...arrrrrgh
 
What's shakin, 2015?

I realized that I shouldn't have hoped that this would be the week of news since so many schools have orientation/start classes this week.


At least, this is the lie I will keep telling myself when that annoying voice in my head asks why I haven't gotten an interview yet.

I feel your pain dude! I have been trying to figure out if there is a trend with Pritzker rejections and there is none!! I doubt that they are looking too much into the secondaries, since some people are getting rejected hours after submitting and paying the fee...🙂confused🙂 In any case, best of luck and let's hope for the best!
 
Just came home from a weekend vacation and had 3 new Interview Invites. OMFG.
 
I need new Settlers of Catan friends. I used to have friends that I played Settlers with all of the time and then I stopped hanging out with them.

I don't miss them....but I totally miss playing Settlers.

I am a bad human.
 
i will dominate in nertz. even though much of the game just depends on the lay of the cards. still fun as hell.
 
Snap Cougs and Kip, I am insanely jealous of you guys right now! Your invites make me want to use Jedi mind control to make my undergrad's letter service finish up my dang packet already.

Daisy, I hate to be a Debbie Downer, but I HATE your school's administration....I've had to deal with them a couple of times and they are slow slow slooowwwwww.

I will be using my newfound positive energy tonight to hope that they suddenly get speedy and send out your letter🙂

Oh my god. I have just decided....I'm bringing Settlers with me on every trip I go on and I am going to force strangers to play it with me.


And Robo....until today, I didn't have one either. This is my only one. And I keep looking at the email to make sure it wasn't a mistake.

It has my name on it though, so I'm pretty sure it's legit.

also, my preschoolers were so cute today. very few things beat the feeling of three year olds shrieking your name and rushing at you for hugs first thing in the morning.

has anyone seen salt, dinner for schmucks, or charlie st. cloud? i need a good movie recommendation

I know, it's a major bureaucracy, which can work in your favor if the office knows you, but it's a pain now because of some (good) stuff going on with the university. Thanks for the good wishes!

Cliff, I tried several times to find a way to tell you that your boat was very nice and shiny.

I sooo badly wanna see Charlie St. Cloud!!! I've heard Zac Efron is pretty good in it. Plus that B.o.B. song in the trailer is sick.
