You guys buying any books for interview prep?

Hahahaha, this made me so happy. I used to do a pretty good impression of this scene.

Also, i forgot to tell you guys I had a dream about you last night. We were having a 2015 party in Philly. There were cupcakes. And karaoke. And debauchery. Everyone had gotten into medical school. It was great.

Sounds like a great dream. I assume there was a giant chocolate milk fountain at the party too 🙂

In my dream last night, my boyfriend and I went to Cabo in a time machine so we could spend weeks there and not have to worry about missing work because we could just travel back in time when we were done there. It was heartbreaking to hear my alarm clock 🙁

I wish everyone would follow Cliff's example and put where you're interviewing on the Facebook wall... the not knowing is killing me!

Freaking weird, right?

btw, the interview is in the city I had the dream about🙂
ahh weird. Good luck im sure youll dominate. kinda like how med school is currently dominating me 😛.

I'm borrowing a bunch of books from the library. What a magical place the library is😍. All those books, all that knowledge. My euphoria upon entering is dampened only by the realization that I will never be able to read all of it. Man when I have kids I'm going to take them to the library as often as I can.

I'm also buying a book called Understanding Health Policy by Bodenheimer. Apparently it's really good.👍👍

My house has termites.
FML.

Well at least you have a house...for now. Muahahaha! Seriously...you should do something about them.

Edit: And it's kharma balanced with your interview invite!!! Congrats!! Also, I feel your pain Re: Sleeping. I sleep at like 6 AM and wake up at like 1 PM. I need to get this fixed!!

This reminds me of the Twilight Zone episode where the guy loves to read but never has time until the world gets nuked and he is the only one left. He's so excited because there is finally time for him to read his books - but he breaks his glasses. Family Guy did a play on it when Peter drank away all but one of his brain cells.

INTERVIEW!!!!

Wanna guess where?

Congrats! Woo hoo!

If we're going on a theory of karma......the world owes me a little more than an interview invite😉

My mom likes to tell the story of the first time she took me to the library when I was 3 1/2. She said we walked in and I started crying. When she asked what was wrong, I said "There are so many books...how am I going to read them all?"

Where I live, the max # of books you can check out at a time is 50. I could never decide if that was smart or annoying.

How would anyone finish 50 books before their due date? Or how are 50 books even useful? haha

How do you even know the limit? Did you try to check out more than 50 at one time? Be honest, Cougs 😉

To build a fort, duhhh...

When I was younger I would build a fort out of anything. I'm surprised I didn't become an engineer.

This sounds like the best dream ever. Are you clairvoyant?

Building forts and playing The Floor is Lava are some of my best childhood memories. I love when cardboard boxes provided an afternoon worth of entertainment.

Cardboard boxes were the best!

Definitely! That and snow. Those are the two best building materials.

So I've officially applied to 28 schools now. 😱 Every time I came close to finishing all my secondaries, I was like "what the heck I'll just add two more." I know it's crazy but I'm just paranoid I'm not applying broadly enough, or that my state school roots will cause me to be shunned by the private schools.

I'm also buying a book called Understanding Health Policy by Bodenheimer. Apparently it's really good.👍👍

I just got this book, and I am really excited to read it. I have gotten good recommendations as well from friends.

this is just sad. wow. 🙁

also, I applied to over 40 schools.
Holy Moly! Are you done with all of the secondaries?

First rejection, yay!

It had to happen sometime, at least you have a bunch of interviews!

I'm jealous, my copy doesn't arrive until Thursday.

I also just bought a copy of Starcraft II. Hopefully I finish up my last few secondaries before it arrives!

Speaking of which, if you guys have Netflix, the movie TiMER is really cute. I liked it a lot. I think I already mentioned that though, since it has Emma Caulfield in it and I <3 her🙂
I watched it last night! I'm not a huge fan of romcoms but I thought it was cute.

i wish i could make an entire acting career out of looking like i just ate a sour patch kid

or got an unexpected mouthful of something.

umm anyway i think kiera is a crappy version of natalie portman.

Tell us how you really feel, Curbs! I just want to hold her down and force-feed her.

Cougs, do you ever sleep!?!

...probably superhuman like the lady hulk.

Moi? Or do you really mean she-hulk?

DOOK!!!!!! woohoo!
WOOT!

Anyone enjoy the House marathon that was going on this past day, on like five different channels?

I was watching someone of it! I missed just about all of last season. I need to catch up somehow.

interview invite!
WOOT! PM me where! The FB on my phone is being stupid!

INTERVIEW!!!!

That dream will totes come true, people! Tis a certainty!

And Hot Lava was the best game ever! Sometimes I still kinda play it in the grocery store. I can't wait til Chicklet is old enough to understand and I can play with her. >.<

So, I got an invite to the Hulu Plus preview. I was hoping it was a free trial but its asking for credit info.. oh well..
