Wait, what? I always thought a B was failing. At least I'm pretty sure my premed friends, and my buddy's Asian parents, said it was.

heehee, I remember the first time I got a B in my life. It was on some geography assignment in 5th grade, and I cried that I didn't get an A. (We had actual letter grades by that point I guess.)

My oh my how my standards changed as I got older...

Edit: Oh and if you see me on SDN/fb/gchat tonight please yell at me to get my sorry butt off here and back to studying. I'm trying to avoid it as much as I can, but seriously. I need to study.

I still think the big black one is better, but if they say it doesn't matter....
 
Ok, I did it. I withdrew from all of my accepted schools and sent a check in to my choice.

I also took myself off of the waitlist at Beast and rhino's school, just so I wouldn't be tempted. Couldn't bring myself to take myself off of the waitlist here though.....I'm too curious how things will turn out.

As a former screenwriter, I can identify with tvtropes.org. However, I also feel like its too familiar and I don't really enjoy it :laugh:. Good site though and I see its draw.

I really want to get one to see if it works, but they keep talking about the "correct technique", and since I'm pretty weak, I don't know if I could handle having the white or black one vibrating in face/chest. It might just slip out of my hands and bonk me square in the face. then again, they talked about wearing gloves for it if you need to, because I do get sweaty pretty quickly. (The glove part may have been in another video clip)

Also, I had a fifteen minute conversation with my mom about why the shake weight is hilarious and why I'd make fun of her if I came home to find her using it. Yet, she still wants one...

By the way, my cousin got a shake weight while playing white elephant this past Christmas. It surprisingly works, and I say this as someone who regularly works out and when I originally saw the ad for one it made me crack up.
 
Super anxious about May 15th. Still haven't heard back from my last interview. Anxious for waitlists and who knows what might be coming from the last interview.

Chicken shawarma is tasty though. Can always rely on food to comfort, right?

My school's so annoying, theyre only giving me 2 tickets for the main graduation, and the department graduation is so early on sunday morning I dont think anyone else would even want to come to that one

OH man, bummer...I am getting 5 for a ceremony on Friday morning, which is a very awkward time. My parents aren't even going, lol. (I kinda told them not to come, bc all they'd be doing is taking pictures anyway)
