I downed a triple size rockstar (240 mg caffeine) and knocked out my work/activities section of AMCAS. I listed 14 activities... glad to be done! 🙂

mines around 60-65. i have this uncanny ability to regulate my heart easily. during full on, continuous cardio, I can keep it around 85-90.
