Nope! I was originally planning on taking a complete break day before the day of my test, but seeing as how I've been scoring so consistently by taking tests every other day with study days in between, I'm going to do the same and treat the real deal as just another practice FL 🙂 Therefore, the extra break day that was scheduled in between my last study day and the real deal is being transferred to today/tomorrow (I'm actually planning on studying during it anyway, :d)

LOL, love the reference 👍 I've heard that there are still some of those games coming out, even recently 😱 I haven't played one in sooo many years... but the only game that ever made me more frustrated or bored was Mario. Stupid water levels killed me EVERY time. And so did critical hits. Damn Pikachu never stood a chance.

Also, how did you guys post four pages in three hours? Uncool 👎

Omg. Nooooo. I just beat Pokemon white a couple weeks ago. I believe this was a crucial component of my MCAT studying.

Oh, and Tots, I'm still depressed from the Thai movie. I'm usually not a sucker for movie-induced emotional BS, but it still makes me sad :scared:

OMG ME TOO. POOR MEW.....=( Stupid Tong. What do you think about Tang though? I think its definitely her...

OMG I KNOWWWWW. Okay, first of all: I know Sunee has tried hard and suffered a lot, but she has to understand where her son is coming from. Instead, he sacrifices his own happiness/life for his family, and leaves the most lovable character EVER (Mew) to bite the dust. Tong needs to grow a pair 😡 Also, I don't get how Korn "loses his memory" conveniently all the time. He's got liver disease, not Alzheimer's.

About Tang, I saw this movie last January, and when I saw it then I never really paid attention to the scenes with the real Tang at the beginning. But this time, I did, and they definitely used the same actress to play Tang and June. So I don't know... the movie reaaaaally didn't make that one clear. Why would she just bounce for like 10 years and then come back, pretending not to know anyone? Also, her mysterious silences when people ask her questions make it all the more tantalizing :O

And yeah, I like this movie too much, bahahaha.

After I saw it the first time, I made a Thai friend of mine teach me Thai, so I still remember enough to have understood a bit of what they said in the movie hahaha!

Haha I know. It ended with him not acting on his love to make his mother happy. I was like WTF :wtf:. Though I guess I knew it wasn't going to end happy. Mew was so lovable though...heck I fell in love in with Mew by the end 😍.

I think they purposely made it ambiguous. You don't know if Tong put the picture in the letter or if Tang/june had it all along. How did Tong get it though because Sunee said Tang said took it with her? Though there was the other copy in the photo album....But I don't know. The story about her family...:shrug:

OMG it was a pretty good movie though. I must admit. 😍 Mew.

Also I feel like the "gay-themed love story" is usually questionable but they did a good job here. It was better than "Eternal Summer" and "Formula 17"

I know! Of course such a sweet relationship couldn't end happily 🙁 But yeah, I don't understand why the mother, after busting her hump her entire life to support her family, can't go out on a limb for her kid. Like at all. And Mew is like the perfect guy. Bahahaha, I fell in love with Mew by the end, too! 😍

Yeah, I didn't really understand the whole picture thing. What was weird was when June/Tang told the story about the "soccer ball" hitting Tong's face and giving him the black eye, leading to that picture in Chiangmai. I don't know, they were sooo good at making that super ambiguous. What incentive would she have for not coming back to her family, though? She was really close to them, and she's pretty distant with Tong at the end. Mehhh, remember how Sunee asks if any of her family story was true and she just looks at her, not saying anything? Gah!

Best movie I've seen in ages. And 100% agree on the 😍 Mew 😀😀 All of my friends prefer Tong, but I heartily disagree 🙄

Oh yeah, definitely. What was amazing about this movie was that the gay love story wasn't really the focus of the movie, and that it was worked in as just another element of the characters' lives. It lacked the usual melodrama/scantiness surrounding that kind of storyline, haha.

I haven't seen those two, I've only seen this German one called "Summer Storm". It was okay, but this one was soooo much better, especially because a full, fleshed-out movie rather than just two guys being all like "What? Huh? I like dudes? Whaaaaa 😕😕" for two hours.
 
A lot on my plate right now...remind me when I say that I'm bored 😛
