The classes vary from what I understand. I've only gone twice now 🙂 But the main difference is that in bikram yoga you're in the hot room. It gets brutal at the peak of the routine but it feels great afterward and it's quite the experience. I'd definitely recommend it!
And tots, I've been going to a place down in Aliso Viejo called Core Power Yoga. I haven't had to pay to go yet because you get a free week when you're a first timer at that place!

Oh Hmmm...maybe I will check it out when I get back from NYC. I was going to start going to this new Yoga place in UTC. They apparently have decent student deals but I am not sure what decent is. Our school gym has rec classes that I want to take too but most are in the morning or day and my schedule is pretty packed 9-5 during the fall.

I don't know how I would do in a hot room though. I swear I am destined to live in the south pole. I LOVE the cold. Anything above 75 and I am sad.

I am a sucker for infectious disease epidemiology. I have wanted to be an infectious disease epidemiologist for years and even considered going to grad school for it. I even taught a 1-unit seminar on globalization and infectious diseases last year :laugh:
 
Oh my gosh, only 3ish days till I take my MCAT, and hopefully I'll be done! I just gotta watch my verbal score. That's been going all over the place lately. I'll have to take AAMC 11 tomorrow morning though. HOpefully it will go really well.

Thanks! That trailer looks awesome!!! I love 😍😍 movies like that. I've always been a fan of zombie movies and movies with strange diseases...I think the first movie that got me interested was back in 6th grade when I saw Outbreak. I'd also really like to go into infectious disease epidemiology...it's fascinating! 👍👍

Oh damn that movie looks AWESOME! Matt Damon is such a boss and yeah epidemiology concept is so captivating! I'm sure it's even better with the background you have in it!

I have not yet seen outbreak but I want to. I first became interested in infectious disease epi when I read a Popular Science article in 12th grade titled "Disease Detectives." I still have the article 🙂 At the same time we also watched "And the Band Played On" in class and I found it fascinating(despite being super sad.) I didn't realize until college when I started doing epidemiology research that a lot of epidemiologists were physicians. And it was there I decided I wanted to be a physician epidemiologist. 🙂

Oh dear Vicodin! I took that once(it was prescribed) and it worked super well but I was super scared to take more 😳 I don't even like taking Ibuprofen...I am not sure why I have such an aversion to taking drugs while my brother pops pills for the most minor problem. :laugh:

I don't wanna go to bed. Because next thing I know it will be 5 AM and I have to get ready for work. Won't miss waking up at 5 once school starts. 😀

I am trying to catalogue peculiar facts about myself so I can complete my short, comedic autobiography.....Its harder than I expected because most of these things I find normal even if other people think they are insane.
