I got all 4 out with only local anesthesia. Not fun. If I did it again I might want more anesthesia and I would make sure to have tissues in the car to be able to sort of drool out the blood that inevitably pools up. The other thing is to absolutely make yourself eat a good amount before taking the pain meds. I had Tylenol 3 and didn't eat enough beforehand - it's tough to make yourself eat when you have to avoid the gaping holes at the back of your mouth - and I ended up puking my guts out for days afterward (breaking the stitches, of course :-/). Anyway I hope your experience is way better than mine, and in any case we all made it through 🙂. And lol @ David after dentist. Poor kid.

I don't know if its because its my birthday this friday (yay) or so close to christmas but work is literally dragging by this week. Probably one of the few times I've wished I was still in school- this year I am only taking christmas eve and christmas off for vacation! Please continue to entertain me with gifs and assorted commentary while I file and copy things until I die.

The worst part is not even the extraction or the pain afterwards. The worst part is the week where you can barely clean the sockets and you have food stuck in there(probably what I get for not eating liquid food for more than a day). And then having to clean them out multiple times a day. All in all it sucked.

My dentist said "don't eat any junk food" and I of course thougth that I knew what he meant. I went back for a check-up to have him say that popcorn is junk food. I make popcorn at home, no butter, little salt... technically a whole grain and in my book not considered junk food. He should have explained that he wanted me to not eat stuff that could break and get into the new holes. 🙁

ahh man, one of the best parts of finishing interviews and getting accepted was knowing I could relax and play endless Black Ops 2 with peace of mind.

Yessss. I've finished all of my interviews (hoping for a couple more) and been accepted. No worries now! Last final is this week and then I'm done with school until matriculation!!!

It looks a lot grittier ("more" realistic?) than prior Superman flicks. I look forward to it.
 
I like how in the first trailer the song was a sample of a LOTR song and this new one one has Hans Zimmer's Now we are free sampling. C'mon Clark, use your own stuff! At least there was no inception horn though like in the new Star Trek.

LOL.

Honestly, I feel kind of bad for her. Mean Girls was pretty legit, and Parent Trap was like the best movie of my childhood. Where did it all go wrong?

I basically failed my molecular biology exam
But then realized I would still pass the overall class
This is a class my advisor told me that premeds should take in senior year because only 10 out of 120 get an A- or above lol

I've only seen that end well haha. Best tip is to not eat too much beforehand. You'll get drunker but it's better than feeling too full and nauseous from the food and endless carbonation.

Well, it's official. After 2 years of 4.0 terms I just got a 3.55 for this last one. OH NOES DOWNWARD TREND
