Hahahaha thankfully my credit limit is still low enough that it's manageable. I think I'd be a goner if it ever went up too high unless I'm already a doctor and making money. Theres no way my paltry savings from college are going to last

I had it in my head that you are from CA. If you are, I bet re-registering at whatever new state you're at will be cheaper than CA car registration. You don't need to re-buy a car to register it for that state.

Personally I like my costco american express since I end up going to Costco anyhow. If you want a cash back card w/o a costco membership I'd recommend the american express blue everyday, although I also use the bank of america cash rewards card since it's a visa. Between the two of them I get 1% on all purchases, 2% on restaurants, 2% on travel, 2% on groceries, and 3% on gas. There are some cards out there with rotating categories with higher cash back percentages, but I find that between restaurants, travel, groceries, and gas are really my big expenditures. Especially gas 🙁
