Music is important for running, studying, anything really. Its a mood changer/enhancer.

We have a very constructive discussion about this on the FB group right now. I posted a collaborative playlist from Spotify that everyone is adding music to.

New music excites me. Lol. 😎

Some pre-workout should help get you hyped to run. Even 1/8 of a scoop or so would be amazing. That or just a concentrated dose of caffeine.

Also, add to the playlist! I feel like I'm monopolizing it.

I didn't read all the replies, but you guys are all way too dramatic.



I don't listen to any music while I run (unless it's a treadmill.. man that **** is boring). It's all about being in the moment and completely aware of everything from breathing, foot placement, and to that punk teen coming up behind you in his car.



Seriously... any day I don't feel like running.. it's still vastly better than if I didn't run.. and the not wanting to run feeling goes away in the first two minutes anyway :laugh:

I said I would get my first tat if I got accepted to med school. None yet, so guess I chickened out lol!

Thanks! It took five sessions at 7 hours each and was far more painful than I had anticipated. I wish you guys could see the unscaled image. You can zoom in and see it in all its glory.

Glad the school thread conversations have moved from "will I get another II this week?" to talk of housing, coa, things to do for fun, second look etc.

We're getting closer to day 1 guys! So excited!
