Auditorium, classroom, it's all the same at Vandy. They hold lectures everywhere.

Yeah, I haven't really been active on Facebook in a year or two. None of my pictures even look like me anymore. I think my most recent status update was my necessary "OMGZ ACCEPTED TO MED SKOOL!!1!one!!" update. I think my grandma is more active on FB than I am. srs.

I think it will definitely be a good resource for medical school so I'm seriously considering getting one. I don't have many pics though haha.
 
Match Day is tomorrow! How exciting! I think I'm gunna watch Vandy's webcast and see ppl freak, you know, live vicariously through their happiness. LoL

Yeah, I'm definitely going to start using it more once school starts.

And yeah, I'm not really active on fb either but it's definitely fun to put faces to names. Plus, I just joined my accepted student school groups and it's pretty interesting... is it bad that I judge my potential schools by the people who are in the respective accepted student fb groups? 🙄

Lol, it's really just one person who's taking over a certain class group and being kind of obnoxious. I mean, most people are just on there to say hi or ask questions, and this guy is constantly posting snide remarks on other people's questions, deciding things about how everyone's med school experience is going to be, etc. Doesn't make me excited about the prospect of going to school with him, even though obviously I don't have to be biffles with him or anything... 😛

I was just about to post my CV biblio and realized I have some updating to do. Dangit. :sigh: I'm so lazy when it comes to that stuff now that I've already applied (and been accepted!). LoL

I started a new thread that I hope to update periodically over the course of medical school: tracking my specialty interests from an MS0 to an MS4 that's hopefully able to match . It has a link to the SDN specialty quiz that ranks compatible specialties based off of your answers. You guys should check it out and contribute :naughty:

I figured a thread was better than a blog because it'll get more views and others can contribute.
