EDIT: I GOT IT! hah i was doing quick replies for increased posting frequency and it was just adding them to the last page. Had to reenter the thread to observe my success

Calicheamicin is my favorite compound(and therefore the best):

Its long tail helps it bind in the grooves on DNA. Then the sulfurs undergo reduction allowing for some intramolecular attacks allowing a Bergman cyclization at the ene-diyne creating a di-radical that obliterates DNA. Homing device, Trigger and Warhead.

Psoralen is close second:

Lime juice on skin + sunlight = burns thanks to that little guy. DNA interculators ftw.
