They make a decent amount. But there are a lot of reasons why they are not quite as well off in RL as it looks like they are on paper.

He has wanted to go into the marines for a VERY long time. Like since Kindergarden. Recently he said he might want to do clinical psychology/psychiatry in the marines. This was kind of surprising and out of nowhere. Never expected him to consider med school.

👍👍 I know what you mean. It's the same with my parents. It's crazy that your bro has wanted to join the marines from such a young age. Since he's considering psychology/psychiatry he could do the loan repayment program through the military...I remember ozzi talking about it.

I am going to something called the Pageant of the Masters tonight. Apparently they put on live performances of famous art work?? This should be interesting 🙄

This reminds me I still need to go to the Getty.

I have to go to Goosewing's stomping ground today to pick up some friends. I am going to walk around and be like: Are you goosewing? to everyone. 😀

Truthfully -- I have mixed opinions on most art. I am trying to explore things outside my comfort zone though. I went to a few musicals with my residents last year and had a good time.

I am going to a broadway performance when I am in New York ^^

Nice! It's funny that I've lived in NYC for so long and never been to broadway...you should also check out some museums

:shrug: I wasn't referring to his school. He mentioned here that he lives close to my school and I happen to be heading that direction.

I am going to New York in Sept. to visit my Art History major friend. She is starting Graduate school at Columbia in Art History 😱
 
Don't go to the MoMA though...I wouldn't exactly call a dot/line on a blank canvas art, but that's the kind of stuff they hang there...Maybe it's just me :shrug:

Now I must do this. As a matter of fact I am going to roll up to some of the gated communities and be like "I am here to see Goosewing" and see if they let me in.

I also applied for tickets to the Anderson Cooper show...lets hope I get them?

The natural history museum is pretty sweet. One of my friends did an internship there this summer. And :xf: on the tickets. How long are you staying in nyc?
