That really stinks, KP, I hope you feel better! Definitely makes sense to put off the FL till you can give it your all. What's ailing you? 🙁

I want to e-mail a professor about doing research with her, but I'm nervous. I haven't had much luck with other professors yet. Not to mention she's new. Do professors start up their lab and stuff like right when the first start? 😕

Awww 🙁 It sounds like being a commuter is rough on the social life. Are you still going to commute next year?

I'm not sure, I've been not sleeping well for the past few days and that's been making me feel really weird, and my throat feels extremely sore + I've been getting my migraines again, despite the medications. So yeah, I'm going to do the FL tomorrow after I've gotten like a bajillion hours of sleep tonight, haha.

I'm not sure, go ahead and email, it can't hurt!

Yeah, it's been sorta lonely. I caved, living on campus next year. Hopefully I can make some friends and still excel academically. 😛 I think the commute was getting kind of taxing on my school work too, though. I would literally get home every weekday, have dinner, take a shower, and then do homework until some crazy time of night, then do it all again the next day. 👎 Hopefully I'll have at least a little spare time by not having to go back and forth every day.

Aww, that blows. Maybe take some benedryl before you sleep tonight, I usually get a decent night's sleep when I take that haha. Migraines can be so rough, they're the worst. 🙁

Should be a nice change to live on campus. You're gonna hate campus food within 2 weeks, though :laugh:
