Yep. July 8th for me. But move in day is July 13th. Luckily I can come home until orientation (July 22nd). I'm pretty jelly of those of you that can afford real vacations.

I am going to Vegas on July 15th. All other vacations are just going to be camping trips.
 
Feeling amazing this morning. 😀

I don't think I've ever slept as much as I did this weekend.

And, 20 days left at work woooooo!!
 
I can only afford a few day trips. Beach, amusement park, camping, NYC.
 
No vacationing for me except car trips around Michigan
Also weddings but that's it
 
8 days of work to freedom. I can taste it...
 
I just agreed to stay an additional two weeks in my lab... what am I thinking?!?!

Yeah, it really is a tough call. I decided to quit a week early, so I'll have 5 weeks off before school instead of 4. But I'll only get 3 of those weeks with my girlfriend, so to me it was worth taking on the little bit of extra debt and paying it off with student loan money once I start.

My mom called last Friday at ~9:30am and says "Are you up yet?" I get totally confused and ask "who do you think you are speaking with?" (thinking that she meant to call my sister who is currently a stay at home mom). She says "You" and asks again "Did I wake you up?" I respond "mom, it's me I am at work, how could I be sleeping?" She laughs and says "Sorry, I thought it was Saturday, I am on vacation right now" 🙄

Well, it's only so high because of a ton of overtime. I only make $15 an hour right now. I swear, I am in the lab more than I am home. This is what residency will feel like... Horrible.
 
My US News Compass subscription expired today. I feel so naked without full access to their rankings...

Ah! I just found out my roommate! She doesn't seem to have a Facebook...so I sent an awkward greeting email?? 😕 I wasn't sure how else to do it. Also, my first rent payment is way higher than they made it sound so I can't use my credit card for it. How are we supposed to pay for this stuff before loans?? (Upper/middle class need not respond :laugh: )
