I'm totally worried about this. Does this seem so rough as I'm thinking it is?

Biology I & Labs 8/22-9/29
Biology II & Labs 10/10-11/17
Pathophysiology 11/28-1/19
Statistics - RETAKING
Organic Chemistry I and Lab - August - December
General Chemistry II Lab - August- December

Thanks for your input.

not at all. I find having a loaded schedule to be easier than having a light one. Reason being is that you identify all your time robbers and adjust accordingly. However, we all are different. Challenge yourself. If you do well this time try adding on another class next semester. Its only going to get harder from here so might as wel get used to it! At least thats how I see it.

That seems like a bit of an overload, but that is just my opinion.

The biology classes will be easy, you will probably just learn different cell cycles, plant stuff, genetic stuff, genes, etc. Nothing too crazy if its an intro class. Pathophysiology is all about how things move through the body. General chem lab is easy, labs are all easy if you keep on top of your reports. The only hard class I see is organic chem. Organic chem was one of my hardest classes. You need to read ahead of time before class so you know what is going on. It will be easy the first week then turn into another language, unless you have an amazing teacher. Keep on top of it, good luck.

Does that mean you have gen chem 2 and orgo 1 at the same time? I wouldn't recommend that. Everything else is fine.

Is this a Junior College?

What kind of school allows you to take Gen Chem 2 and Org at the same time... Gen chem 2 is a pre-req for Organic. I don't see how you're getting any biology class done in 1 month either. Mind=blown

It looks like s/he is taking just the gen chem 2 lab. Maybe the pre-req applies to the lecture only.

Still, I would neveeeeer take on that many science classes at once unless I dont care about my GPA.

Looks like a very stressful semester, regardless

Thanks for your input.

Looks way easier than what I'll be taking this fall

Block schedule: Aug- Dec

Anatomy & Physiology I
Pharmaceutics I w/lab
Pharmaceutics II
Biochemistry
Pharmacy Calculation
Pharmacy Communications w/lab
PADS
Drug Information

👍

At the school I'm going too. One class is just six weeks. So I'll meet Monday-Thursday from like 9.50-11.30 And then have Labs twice that week. After theres like one week of a break.

It's so complicated.

I'm actually dropping Stats and doing that for the following year.

General Biology I/II are only offered this fall and that's kind of how everyone is doing it at this school from what I've heard. The advisor said be easy to knock all those out. So sucky. 🙁

I was just going to retake General Chemistry Lab maybe I shouldn't. :\

It's not a Junior College, Private College like around 2k students thats centered in Sciences/Nursing.

It sounds like a small liberal arts college to me. Hmm, I challenged myself and took these classes at once:

Biology 2 w/ lab
Human Physiology w/ lab
Organic chemistry 1 w/ lab
& Junior level socio course

haha..and latter part of the year I took:

Organic chemistry 2 w/ lab
Anatomy w/ lab
Physics 1 w/ lab

I was going to die. Never take orgo 2 with anatomy... your brain will explode in a spontaneous manner.

Wish you the best in what you do, it seems like you have everything figured out. Light up your courses if you can't handle them and learn how to do so. When you go to pharmacy school, it's going to be all about time management and course overload. 👍
