When filling out the apps, what criteria do you use to classify a semester as Freshman/Sophomore/Junior/Senior. I took a large number of classes and at the end of Freshman year I had 47 units. One semester later I had 71, making me a Junior. One semester after that I hit 92, and 90 is enough to be a Senior at my school. This leads to me having Senior standing at the beginning of my Junior year....

So, when filling out the AMCAS, do I put myself in each class standing based on what year of my education I was on, or based on how many units I had that semester? Also, if anyone has any idea, would it work the same for the AACOMAS?
