Sorry for posts on other threads...

One last time! I'm torn between taking an interesting class that will also help me on the MCAT and taking a class that I have to take eventually that I know is "good for me" (in the way that spinach and broccoli are good for you).

So the final question:
Physiology (notoriously hard, time-intensive, but really interesting..worth it?)
Biochemistry (I have to take this now or next yr, but I can only do lab next yr)
Statistics (ew...but it's a lot easier and will make my schedule manageable)

Sorry if this was incoherent! I really appreciate everyone's help : 😳

i'm always one to suggest to get pre-reqs out of the way, so i'd say take biochem lec now and take lab next year. biochem will also probably help you somewhat on the mcat.

you should hold off on stats until spring semester if possible. that way your course load will be a tad lighter while you prep for the mcat.

take physiology only if you are really excited about it. you can always opt taking it senior year or something.

well i'm actually taking the august mcat...
