I have two classes left, bio2 and abnormal psy but I want to go full time. Would it be beneficial for me to take a "analysis anatomy and biomechanics" or microbiology? Non of those courses are prerequisite to any school so it will just influence my overall gpa.

I was in a similar situation where I needed 1 more class to remain full time. I considered taking a second biochem class. I asked a lot of people (including admissions people for graduate schools) and they all basically told me the same thing, that biochem is great but it has nothing to do with PT and will not help me as a physical therapist. Anatomy courses were recommended, so I think you should go with the anatomy and biomechanics course.
I ended up taking a Spanish course. Being bilingual also helps.

as long as you can get a good grade, go for it.
if its going to bring down your cum GPA though, I'd avoid it.

could also consider taking a more "fun" course - like a gym class or art class.
it will be one of your last opportunities to do something like that

I agree with Kismet. Don't take any class that will bring down your grade. I almost took microbiology and biochemistry this last summer to occupy my time before I started PT school. I'm glad I did not. Instead I used my time to hone my anatomy and to complete a personal project. Those classes have no pertinence to PT and demand a lot of time. Take something fun.

Yea. I was thinking about the possibility of getting a lower grade but I do want to challenge myself and learn something new. Getting a B will hurt my GPA. I guess that's the dilemma right now.
