Does anyone know of a resource where they have classic clinical presentations on diseases? I'm not necessarily talking about clinical vignette style questions but just a short summary of the classic presentation of a specific disease. For example something like "Patient with recent flu history comes to the clinic complaining of weakness that started in his feet and has ascended up." I'm wishing to make an anki set of just clinical presentations that have a specific buzzword, image, or pathognomic feature that I can test how well I know the disease presentations.

Alternatively, I was thinking of just making my own, but I feel maybe someone smarter than me has already written some good ones up.

First Aid has a great section in the back with one line classic clinical characteristics of all the highest yield diseases. If you need more detail than that, just read First Aid itself

Those are perfect. Never noticed that section lol. Thanks

Case Files might be a little much for pre-clinical studies, but if you're a MS3 it's very good at concise presentations and picking out relevant details.
