Hey y'all,
Just looking for your thoughts on clear lens extractions. My mother might be having this done in the near future, and from what I've read and researched it's not a very common procedure. Is this due to cost, or something else (maybe that people with refractive errors high enough to warrant this procedure are fairly rare)? How successful is it? I'm guessing it's not really all that different from cataract surgery.
