Same as all the other programs...
1) know your research, and everything else on your cv.
2) have a well thought out plan of what career path you would like to take in cardiology, and who at that institution can help you get there. i.e. who you could work with from a research standpoint.
I don't remember cleveland clinic's interview day being different than the norm.
