Cliff/Kap/Barrons chapter questions represent DAT difficulty?

I was wondering if these questions measure out well against the DAT? Or would it be better to focus more time on Destroyer BIO/Qvualt(I plan on doing these eventually)?

Thats a dozen or so AP tests so I'm wondering if its worth the time.

I actually thought the questions in Cliff's AP and Barron's AP were great prep for the test. Some of the questions I had on my actual DAT seemed to be quite similar. I did the questions at the ends of the chapters, but I didn't do the full AP exams at the back.

The Destroyer gets into nitty-gritty details and is more difficult than the real test. Also, in the bio section, it seems like half of the darn questions have "all of the above" as the answer--this is easy to catch on to and gets annoying.

In this respect I believe Destroyer is a good diagnostic tool rather than an accurate representation of the test material.

Meh, I hate telling people to straight up not do it, as many others seem to disagree with me and think it's a great tool.

Do it, but I'd put more emphasis on re-reading the chapters in Cliff's AP and Barron's AP. Memorize these books as best as you possibly can. I think that doing so is much more helpful than just learning random tidbits here and there via the Destroyer.

I agree with Glimmer. Biology is such a broad subject and is best learned by exposing yourself to the material itself (and as much ofit as possible), unlike math that can be best learned through practice.

I'll try and go through AP bio books for Q/A and hopefully try and do destroyer since a few people have noted that a few questions have actually helped them on the exam.

I can't speak on the others but personally I think the quizzes at the end of each Cliff's chapter are a bit on the easy side, they are worded in a much more straight forward way.

At the end of the day you cannot expect the DAT questions to be worded the same way as cliffs because cliffs is an AP book which is testing high school students. Whereas, we are all college students/grads/postbac and various other slightly more qualified individuals. Keep that in mind when doing these because the DAT may not be so "straightforward".
