cliff's AP biology

Do i need to get the 4th edition cliff's AP biology or the 3rd edition is just fine. is there a lot of different between these two editions?

I used the 3rd edition to prepare for my test last summer and it was just fine.

Use the 3rd, the 4th edition is only being released this year because of changes being made to the AP Biology curriculum.
