Do you guys think if i know all the questions from cliff's 5 practice tests in biology section...i can get >80%ile on the actual test...how similar to cliff's is the biology part on the actual test?

From what I understand, the cliffs practice tests are supposed to be the best practice tests aside from the actual harcourt practice exams.

Can anyone confirm if this is true?

Hey Applicant PharmD and najeroni

=======>>>> Took the June 2007 new PCAT

The Cliffs, Arco and Kaplan are excellent resources , Barron (warm up excercise lol , I can assure you the PCAT is far more difficult . 🙂

However, your performance on a specific practice test cannot determine how you will do on the PCAT.

My advice, continue taking as many practice test as possible . The Kaplan Pre-health team reccomends that you do not alter your confidence based on your performance on practice test. Just continue practicing. 👍

<< Hyptothetical Example>>
-You took Cliffs Bio Test 1 and 11. you noticed you only missed 1 question on each that was genetics related .
===You quickly review your Genetics notecards or other study material in your next study session. Then take another Bio practice exam possibly a Kaplan test.

In a nut shell

Practice practice, "time yourself". The PCAT is not just how knowledgable you are, it test how fast are you compared with the other aspiring-pharmacist in the applicant pool.
