Thoughts on which AP Bio book is more helpful for preparing for DAT Cliffs AP Bio or Barron's AP Bio?
Or are Ferali's Bio Notes better?

Personal opinion:
If you have a solid foundation in bio, go Barron's. It's easier to read yet still hits the important details.

If you've been out of bio for awhile, Cliffs helps to conceptualize processes easier, but it's full of lists and is definitely a sleeper.

I've read both and being a non-science major, Cliffs helped me more. Barron's has a good section on taxonomy that might be worth reading in the library/book store.
