Using the Review Manual for Henry has been discussed here as a means of reviewing for CP stuff. I believe the format in that manual is fill-in-the-blank instead of multiple choice. Anybody have any success with this, esp. in a group format, or do you have any other ideas, e.g. how you review this stuff at your institution? thanx.
