Clinic first?

Hi all, 4th year applying to FM right now. I'm wondering if anyone who has had experience with the clinic-first/2+2 model wouldn't mind sharing opinions about this vs. the traditional 4-week block model. Also, any programs that seem to do this well? Thx!

Only saw on program that did this. Plus would be decreased burn out. Downside would prob be more difficult to really get comfortable in two weeks, but IDK.
