Since I've started rotations and been pressed to write five H&Ps in the span of about 45 minutes, I've become almost completely in ineloquent. Ask me to write a paragraph that's not in bullet form, and I become a blithering idiot. I have no idea how I'd ever write a personal statement again in this state. Anyone have tips on keeping your way with words? Am I the only one with this problem?

You'll get used to it. It takes some time before you feel competent writing a full H&P in 5-10 minutes. Remember that the most important part is communicating with the patient. Your team may be worried about efficiency, but in general no one will fault you for spending a little extra time talking (though they might get on you for spending too much time writing).
