I am not able to find a hospital in my area that I could volunteer at. In order to get my clinical experience needed for admission, what other places could I volunteer at to fulfill that requirement? Also, how many hours/years is sufficient?

You could try a free clinic, they usually can use a lot of help and you will get to see more stuff. You could also look into getting your EMT license and volunteering with your school's ambulance (tons of volunteering and tons of clinical experience in one.)
