anyone know of anywhere in new york city where I can apply for clinical experience? research or not. I am not sure where to look or where to start. some help would be great.

Apply to NY Presbyterian Hospitals - their process takes about 2 months from beginning to start but it has many options!! I did it, and taking break for the summer, then will resume in Fall.

volunteer at one of the billion hospitals in NYC.. it's probably one of the easier places to find clinical experience but you'll likely need to go through the ropes for longer

NYU: Pavers
Woodhull Hospital: Woodhull Emergency Clinical Aide, Research & Educational (WE-CARE) this is currently closed for the year, you can email them for information for next spring.

Mount Sinai also has a well established volunteer program (and you can also become involved in basic or clinical research as a volunteer).
