Hey all,
I have one semester left before I apply, and I'm trying to organize my EC's to see what I've done over the past couple years to see if there's anything more I need before I apply. One of the things I did was an alternative spring break last year in which I worked with HIV/ AIDS patients at a community center designed specifically for those infected.
I was wondering if that would be considered clinical experience or just volunteering? I worked with a dietician and a nurse, but it wasn't exactly in a "clinical setting" and was more of supplemental healthcare while the individuals were at the center. Either way it only makes a slight difference to me, I'm just wondering where I stand.
Thanks!
