I am interact with patients, and record data of patients for supporting pharmaceutical company

They are research subjects (aka research participants). Would they be going to this place for medical care if they were not enrolled it a trial? Is it their usual place for receiving care? If so, you might call it clinical. If not, they don't fit my strict definition of "clinical" because there are no patients, only subjects.
