Clinical Experience?

Hi, I'm going to be volunteering at a senior home soon:little sisters of the poor website: http://www.littlesistersofthepoor.org/. I was wondering if this would count as clinical experience. Will I have to do something specific there or anything (ex: cooking)? If anyone could post a link dictating the guidelines for a job/volunteering oppurtunity to qualify as clinical experience I'd appreciate it. Thanks.

Well, unless you're operating as a provider, say, at the CNA level (which is what most senior homes employ, besides a few nurses and the occasional doc) I doubt it would count as clinical experience. It would certainly count as volunteer time.
