hey all,
i am currently studying cardio and respiration. do you know of any good source that can link clinical findings to pathology? for example, if you hear rales during a lung exam, what is that suppose to mean? exact thing goes for heart sounds. thanks so much.

Bates' Guide to Physical Examination and History Taking has charts with the information you desire. I haven't seen the Bates' Handbook, but it may have the same info for less money.
