I am interviewing for a job as a patient care tech at a lice removal clinic. I would be assessing people for lice infestation and removing and killing lice. I am wondering if any medical schools would consider this clinical experience and if it would be worth me mentioning this on secondary updates?

thanks

Yes, it's a clinical experience. Yes, it's worth mentioning in updates after you've been doing it for awhile. But hopefully you already have some other clinical experience with more variety of patient exposure, if that's a weakness on your application.
