Clinical Internships @ KCOM

I'm hoping KCOM students out there can help me out!
As far as your 3rd & 4th yr internships are concerned...
Where are the main placement sites? Are they outside Kirksville-- if so, how far, and what kind of settings-- hospital, clinic, all of the above? Anybody gone through them have good/bad things to say about the situation?

Although I haven't started at KCOM yet, you can find information about their 3rd and 4th year rotations right here: http://www.kcom.edu/academia/Rotations/ClinicalRotations-Site-Info.htm

KCOM does have an affiliated hospital right on campus that students can rotate through. As I understand it, there are a limited number of spaces in the regional hospital.

When I interviewed, they said that they were also slowly trying to aquire sites in Illinois now.
