USMLE Clinical Management questions in step 1?!

Hey there,

Hope you're all doing well! Recently, i have been hearing from many people who've taken the STEP 1 that they had several "what's the best course of management" kind of questions on their exam. I was wondering how fair is it for us to be tested on clinical management in step 1, isn't this what step 2 caters to?!

Also if you have any advice on how to prep ourselves for these "next steps in management" kind of questions, your valuable advice will be greatly appreciated!

Often these "clinical management questions" are just basic science questions in disguise.
