How would a reccomendation letter look from a clincial neuropsych with a PsyD if I want to go to grad school for me PhD?

no difference as long they can attest to your skills ands have seen you "in action."

Ph.D. v. Psy.D. shouldn't matter. The letter that would carry the most weight would be from a board certified (ABPP-cn , ABCN) neuropsychologist that has worked directly with you, though someone with a background in neuropsychology will still be strong, as long as they can speak to your skills.
