Can anyone recommend me a book on ortho clinical testing ie how to test for rotator cuff injuries, knne and hip pathology?

Are there any websites that are good at showing the tests being done/

Try hoppenfeld's examination of the spine and extremities. It's a useful text. Be careful with the eponymous tests... many people have different definitions
