I'm certainly not the expert on this, but in addition to PathPrimer, I have been using the Quick Compendium of Clinical Pathology (Review Book and Challenge Questions), as well as the Clinical Pathology Board Review Book by Spitalnik et al (big overlap in questions that are on PathPrimer), dipping into Henry on occasion. I do the OSLER and ASCP lectures regularly and our program purchased ASCP's PRISE and Resident Question Banks for us that I have been going through. Fingers crossed!
