Clinical Pharmacist Professor Job

Is this a good job vis-a-vis a clinical job in a hospital or clinic, government or otherwise?
It's great to have an office and interact with students, but doesn't the impact of classes, hospital work, and research take a toll, particularly if one doesn't have tenure?
