Clinical pharmacy interview! Really nervous...help..

Hi guys, I have an interview with the VA in a couple days with one pharmacist manager and one clinical pharmacist..i don't know what to expect or what kind of questions they ask...so nervous. I'm a current P1 so it'll be for summer internship at clinical (inpatient and outpatient) area.

If anyone had an interview or something similar, please tell me some questions they ask or something like that..

I can't say whether mine was similar in any way, but I did an interview with two nuclear pharmacy managers about two months ago.

They might ask you questions like how familiar you are with the way that the VA works.

If you have a resume, take that with you and they may ask you questions about your previous experiences (like work or volunteering or research) so be prepared to talk about that and what you have learned.

Some of the topics are what you will have to bring up and they won't ask until they really have to. They may ask you stuff like how well you get along with people and how you deal with customers and patients.

how the heck do you guys get a interview at VA...do you like contact the Director. I would love to work for the VA.

I contacted our VA for their internship. I believe an app will be out February or so. They said USP will post it somewhere (I would guess either the career website or Angel). If not, I don't know, call them? I'm applying for the Hopkins internship and if I don't get it then I'll apply to the VA (since I'll know if I got it by the time the VA app comes out).
