Not sure if anyone here is familiar with this book, but I have been reading the 3rd ed (2007) and it seems pretty helpful. The 4th Ed (2013) has less pages overall (300 pages instead of the 330 pages in 3rd ed), but has an additional chapter on Contact Lenses.
Just wondering if anyone here has used the 3rd and/or 4th editions of this book, and if the 4th Ed is a large improvement over the 3rd? Seems to me like a fair chunk of content got taken out for the newer edition.
