clinical rediculously simple for step I?

What are anyone's thoughts on this for the micro prep...

I will have memorized rediculously simple (pretty much),
There is a book, "how the immune system works," which I will use, also First Aid, and Qbank. I don't really like the BRS too much.

although i'm aware that each person's tests are different from one another, historically is there much micro on step 1? Has anyone heard of or experienced a micro-heavy Step-1 experience?
