Hey guys. So I am looking for a job during this application cycle and I figured that I would look for paid research positions (I'm from NYC btw). I was going through LinkedIn and Indeed and every research position I found needs a CRA certification plus monitoring experience. I was wondering if anyone on here had this certification and if getting it would actually increase my chances at landing a job? I have two years of lab experience recording fly mating behavior but I'm not sure how to get "monitoring" experience. Any help is really appreciated. Thanks!
